Emma

Coming from a property background as a landlord, Emma has almost 20 years knowledge of the ‘buy-to-let’ property market, understanding customers needs and lenders products.

As a landlord with a portfolio, Emma understands how complicated it can become when building a portfolio so her customer service is excellent and her customers often refer their friends and colleagues to Emma as they trust her to be able to help them reach their goals.

Amanda

Working for over ten years in property and finance, Amanda has a wealth experience in all areas of mortgage customer enquiries ranging from first time buyers to landlords with a portfolio of properties.

Amanda is familiar with complex circumstances and works hard to ensure that customers achieve their finance and property goals and that they can buy their perfect home, build their portfolio or increase their business.

Vanessa

From a family of landlords and property and being surrounded by this from a young age, Vanessa started working at the age of 16 and now has over 14 years professional experience within property management and is also a professional landlord herself.

As a landlord, Vanessa helped numerous tenants over the years make the transition from ‘renters’ to ‘buyers’ and worked alongside numerous financial advisers and mortgage professionals to help make this happen. During this time she developed her skills and ultimately her understanding of the high service levels required to help customers get onto the property ladder and to help landlords to build their portfolios, thus creating the ‘mortgage co’ brand.

Tommy

Tommy started off working at Banks and building societies before moving in to advising. He has vast experience of working in the specialist lending market dealing with adverse cases, portfolio landlords, first time buyers, bridging and commercial lending.

In his spare time Tommy enjoys running, travelling and going to watch his local football team.
